Athlete Eligibility & Verification

  • Participation is strictly limited to students with valid institutional enrollment.
  • Mandatory documentation includes certified Enrollment Confirmation and an official Exam Registration Form.
  • Athletes must present a government-issued ID and a valid College Student ID for on-site verification.

Technical Regulations for Goalkeepers

  • Goalkeepers are prohibited from handling the ball if intentionally played by a teammate.
  • A strict four-second limit is enforced for ball possession within the goalkeeper's control.

Code of Conduct & Disciplinary Fines

  • Yellow Card: NRs. 1,000.
  • Red Card: NRs. 2,000.
  • Fines will be automatically debited from the team's security deposit.
  • Serious offenses may result in match suspensions or disqualification.

Squad Composition & Match Play

  • Each roster is limited to a maximum of eight (8) players.
  • Matches are contested by five (5) players on-field per team.
  • Rolling substitutions are allowed without stoppage.

Match Duration & Tie-Breaking

  • 2 halves x 8 minutes (running clock).
  • Official 4-minute half-time interval.
  • In draws during knockout stages, winners determined via penalty shootout.

Formal Protest Protocol

  • Only team managers or coaches may lodge a protest.
  • Protests must be submitted within 30 minutes post-match.
  • Requires a non-refundable Protest Fee of NRs. 10,000.
